As part of my clinical internship at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I spent a year training on a specialized pediatric rotation.  Working with children, and teenagers, has always been something I’ve enjoyed, in fact, before I became an ND, I used to work as a pre-school teacher!  And although I may not break into entertaining song and dance during a visit (unless by request…), I believe strongly in the importance of helping children stay in balance as their bodies learn and grow.  Working with children and teenagers is some of the most rewarding work I do, because often, with just a little guidance, they easily return to a place of health and balance.
