Being a Naturopathic Doctor is a wonderful thing, and provides my life with a richness I greatly value.  But there are many aspects to every life…

I also greatly enjoy music, and I play and sing in a band here in Toronto.  Music is something I’ve always loved, and it is an element of my life that continues to bring me great joy.

Photography is another hobby of mine, and most of the photos you find on this website are originals I’ve taken over the years.  Some are from my time in Africa or other travels, some come from across the street in High Park, while others were shot from around Ontario or in the Maritimes, where I grew up.

In terms of a personal philosophy, I believe strongly in people.  Change begins at the individual level, and I feel the best way for things to improve in the world is to begin the change within our selves.  This is why I became a Naturopathic Doctor – Creating positive change in our lives takes work, and often a little guidance, but it is possible.
